Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp is a Canadian actor who is known for her lead roles in numerous television series and also for her powerful acting in films. The actress is popular on Canadian as well as American TV. Emily's passion for acting started at the age of 12 when she was visiting their sister Katie who was making a film with Katie. After discovering her enthusiasm in acting Emily decided to enroll in classes for it and started to audition. Her first audition was for a small amount of advertisements and then was included in the show Are You Are You Afraid of The Dark the Canadian horror show for kids. The show only featured her in only one scene and without any dialogue. When she was fifteen, Emily made her first big break when she was made regular on the WB TV series Glory Days. Emily's acting skills caught the attention from Dawson's creek's Greg Berlanti, who then cast her on his television show Everwood. Emily was also a ballet dancer and photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actors who were under twenty. Maxim's Hot 100 for 2014 listed her as top 51.
