Felicity is a British actress who gained fame for portraying Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones has been acting since the age of 12 and has appeared in numerous productions and TV shows. She started her career with the television film The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, The Worst Witch (a television show) in which she was Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college also featured her. Her debut film, Flashbacks of a Fool was a film that featured her as Young Ruth. Since then she has appeared in many films. In movies like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she gained notoriety for her character. However it was her role in The Theory of Everything' which earned the actress an Oscar award for the very first time. The biopic was based on the life of physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was highly praised by the public and reviewers for her superb portrayal of Hawking's former wife. Inferno is a Tom Hanks-starring thriller. Jones was awarded the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, due to her extraordinary ability and dedication.
